There once was a princess whose deep love for her people inspired dreams of becoming a ruler herself.
Secretly escaping from the royal palace,
she closely observed the lives of ordinary citizens and nurtured her vision of leadership.
When the king tried to force her into marriage and send her away,
she boldly resisted, determined instead to rule independently.
Ultimately, she rallied her supporters and staged a rebellion against the king.
The revolt was swiftly suppressed, yet her daring dream endured, immortalized in historical records.

Raised by a gisaeng after losing her parents, a young girl grew up destined for life as a courtesan.
But she dreamed of independence, striving to reclaim her lost freedom at the age of twenty.
Using her accumulated wealth, she refused marriage and instead founded her own trading business.
Her remarkable economic acumen quickly drew crowds, turning her establishment into a bustling success.
Through strategic genius and relentless determination, she became the first female tycoon in Joseon,
achieving what was once thought impossible.

A girl born into a noble family in Gaeseong grew frustrated by the stifling expectations of aristocratic life.
Yearning for freedom, she boldly abandoned her noble status to become a gisaeng,
a courtesan known for artistry and intellect.
Within the courtesan house, her talents flourished
—her poetry elegant, her paintings breathtaking,
her music and dance joyous.
Through her artistry, beauty blossomed anew, and her name soon resonated far and wide across Joseon.

There once was a young girl who dreamed of becoming a pansori singer
—a dream forbidden to women in Joseon society.
Leaving behind the gisaeng house where she was raised,
she approached a prestigious pansori academy.
Though her teacher insisted, “A woman cannot sing pansori,”
she remained steadfast.
Standing outside, she sang boldly, captivating passersby with her hauntingly beautiful voice,
like ice that stops one in their tracks.
Recognizing her extraordinary gift, the master finally accepted her as his disciple,
paving her path as Joseon’s first female pansori singer.

What is "Geum-Bak-Gong-Ye"
(about Korean Gold Leaf Craft Technique)
"GeumBakGongYe" (Gold Leaf Craft) refers specifically
to a traditional Korean craft known as "GeumBak Olrigi"
This technique involves carefully applying thin sheets
of gold leaf onto fabric to create intricate and beautiful patterns.

How Traditional Korean Gold Leaf
Fabric is Made (Geumbak Technique)
The traditional Korean GeumBak craft involves
applying thin layers of real gold leaf onto fabric,
creating intricate and elegant patterns.
Here are the simple steps:

🌟 Before: Applying Adhesive to the Design Stamp
First, traditional natural glue (agyo) is applied onto a stamp engraved with a decorative pattern.
This stamp is then pressed onto fabric, transferring the adhesive pattern onto it.
🌟 Step 1: Applying Gold Leaf
Before the adhesive dries, very thin gold leaf sheets are carefully placed onto the fabric.
The gold leaf is gently pressed to ensure it adheres firmly to the adhesive pattern.
🌟 Step 2: Revealing the Pattern
The gold leaf-covered fabric is lightly tapped or pressed to ensure the gold leaf fully sticks to the design.
Any excess gold leaf not attached to the adhesive pattern is carefully removed, revealing the delicate golden pattern underneath.
🌟 Step 3: Refining and Finishing the Pattern
Finally, artisans meticulously refine the gold leaf pattern using small tools.
This step ensures precision, clarity, and enhances the elegance of the final design.
⚠️ Precautions for Use ⚠️
When peeling off the protective film with tweezers,
do it slowly to prevent unintended areas from peeling.
Pressing the hologram foil too hard with fingernails
may leave nail marks on the Glitting board.
Always press gently but firmly using fingertips.
Hologram foil sheets are very thin and can be easily scratched
or detached due to weak adhesive strength.
Store carefully to avoid damage if you pause during artwork.
Be cautious not to excessively touch the colored underside
of foil sheets as the color might peel off.
Please note that returns or exchanges are not possible
if the product is misused without following the proper instructions.

📌 NOTICE
Glitting kits are sensitive to cold temperatures.
After receiving the kit on a cold day,
your heart might freeze up if you immediately start Glitting!
The adhesion strength of the Glitting board decreases
if its temperature is too low, making foil sheets difficult to attach.
Therefore, it's recommended to warm the board
to room temperature before starting.
🚫 Conditions Not Valid for Exchange or Returns
Minor production variations such as slight misalignment
of cutting lines, small dots, tiny scratches, etc.
Slight pinholes or unique odors due to
the material characteristics of EVA used in Glitting boards.
Minor scratches or peeling due to the
characteristics of holographic foil sheets.
